CSC 2010

While in Toronto for the 93rd Canadian Chemistry Conference and Exhibition (CSC), Imam, Sarah
and Carla were able to network and have some fun too. Sarah thought that “overall… the conference was
excellent. The scientific talks wereall very interesting and it was great to reconnect with friends and former
colleagues from out west.” Carla thought that attending CSC “was a wonderful experience. I was able to see
many of my former professors, and through them I was able to meet many new people. I presented a poster,
was received several ideas of new things I can't wait to try!” And Imam thought the conference “gave us a
chance to share ideas, meet diverse research and broaden our knowledge. Also, I met many students that I
met in JahangirnagarUniversity in Bangladesh, and they are now studying chemistry in different universities in Canada.”

Carla and Sarah enjoy some free time spent at the CN Tower.

Professor Adrian L. Schwan. “We really enjoyed the conference.”
